We have a team who are dedicated to resolving issues and helping patients with any difficulties, queries or information requests in relation to NHS services. This team is called the Patient Advice and Liaison Service Team (PALS). PALS can act on your behalf, resolving any problems or issues by liaising with services and other organisations. All information is treated in the strictest of confidence.
