The Annual General Meeting of Bury’s health commissioner will take place next month.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will take place on Wednesday 27th September 2017, in the Minden Suite of the Fusilier Museum, Moss Street, Bury, BL9 0DF.
The meeting itself will commence at 7pm, however, members of the public are invited to attend from 6pm where members of the CCG team and colleagues will host an exhibition, where attendees can learn more about its work and priorities during the year and beyond. Light refreshments will be available.
The AGM will give the CCG the opportunity to talk about its achievements and challenges during the previous year of operation (2016/17). This will include service developments and improvements which got underway, efforts to work more efficiently, financial facts and figures and future plans and priorities for health and health services in Bury.
Copies of the Annual Report for the year will be available at the meeting.
Dr. Kiran Patel, Chair at NHS Bury CCG said: “The AGM is our opportunity to highlight activities and progress made during the last year, as well as talking about our plans for the future. We feel we have made some good progress during the last year, but there is obviously more to do and there are lots of developments planned moving forward. This is an opportunity for local people to learn more about our work and to get involved.”
